If you haven’t seen my latest YouTube Video, I tested and tried a bulk of Fenty’s haircare products, ranging from wash day to stylers. I do want to mention a few of the products were gifted to me and a few I purchased at a discounted rate at Tjmaxx, however I still want to give my honest review about them all. I even tested out her latest drop which is called “The Clear Thinker” a clarifying shampoo. For those who aren’t tuned into the digital space I wanted to share my thoughts here too.

The Clear Thinker (NEW)
Price: $32
Rate: 10/10
Everyone needs a clarifying shampoo in their haircare stash. When I am on the market for one its a few things that I am looking for.
1. Does it Cleanse without stripping?
2. Does it have bouncy vibrancy to my strands after cleansing it?
3. Does it lather?
The Clear Thinker checked all of my boxes. I even cleansed my hair twice (my preference) and both times left my hair in perfect condition. Do I think $32 is a lot for clarifying shampoo? Yes absolutely! You can definitely find a cheaper clarifying shampoo that’s just as quality and effective but If you’re one that really enjoy Fenty’s Hair products, add this one to the cart!

The Rich One Moisturizing Repair Shampoo

Now this bad boy is one I was so excited to get my hands on! A little backstory about this particular product: When Fenty Hair first dropped I knew from the start that it was going to be a hit. So many raving reviews about this, all of the visuals on this shampoo in action looked amazing. I can tell a quality shampoo when I see one. Quite Honestly this is the only product I was intrigued to try every time it came across my phone. I absolutely loveeeeeee this shampoo, top 10 and definitely not number 10. It provided so much hydration, moisture and shine to my hair. It lathered so well and a little went a long way. If you don’t buy anything else from their line BUY THIS.

The Richer One Moisture Repair Deep Conditioner
Price:$22.50 (On Sale)
Rate: 7.9/10
Deep Conditioners are the type of products that I am very keen on buying. There are so many hit or miss just like any other products. In my opinion you have to be a little more careful with the deep conditioners that you buy because its such an essential part of your haircare routine. It honestly makes or breaks your hair health. The Richer One Moisture Repair Deep Conditioner was pretty good in my opinion. Would I say it wow’d me? Maybe not but Is it better than your average Deep Conditioner? Yes. The one thing that I noticed with this deep conditioner is that it made my hair extremely soft! It also soaked in my hair strands quite well when added to water. Would this be a repurchase? Possibly. I have only tried it once and would have to try it multiple times to really get its full integrity. I do remember this product being a product most people had different opinions about regarding how good it actually is. I can understand that being a product that you have to really test multiple times to see if it works for your hair or not. This product is a moisture loaded conditioner so personally it worked on my type 4 high porosity hair very well, given the fact that my hair can be very drying. Currently I see that this deep conditioner is on sale so maybe that’s very telling on the thoughts of it. I would definitely try it if you’re interested, this is your chance to while you can find it at a discounted price.

The Water Boi Reparative Leave – In Conditioner Spray
Price:$32

10’s across the board for this Leave In Conditioner. Genuinely a great product! This is actually my most used product out of my collection of Fenty Hair Products. If you’re one who is looking for a quality leave in conditioner that is VERY moisturizing but simultaneously a little defining and can detangle your hair well – this is for you. I also feel like its a little bit on the thicker side but Fenty’s website says it’s lightweight. (I don’t know what’s that’s about lol) One of my all time favorite leave in conditioners and take that from a leave in conditioner connoisseur. Not going to lie it is quite pricey but I would say if you have the extra coins to spend, go for it. A MUST HAVE IN MY BOOK.

The Homecurl Curl Defining – Cream
Price:$29
Rate: 9/10
I have a long standing history with Curling creams. You either love them or you hate them depending on your texture and what your hair likes. Curling Creams can be an easy hit or miss based off the simple fact that there are so many different factors as to why it doesn’t work. The Homecurl Curl Defining – Cream is a MAJOR HIT. I personally have had such good experience with this product. Ive used it more than a hand full of times paired alongside the Water Boi Leave in Conditioner and its been a staple in my mini twist routine. This product leaves my hair quite bouncy and moisturized. I also love how it defines my curls even though it’s a cream, most creams don’t do that (even if it’s labeled curl defining). I also love the texture of the product, it’s a hybrid between a cream and a custard. In my opinion it leans more towards a custard side because of the consistency but also still maintains its thickness. The only qualm that I have is that it’s a bit sticky but other than that I love it. Im actually so surprised that it’s only $29 compared to there other products. Is it worth trying? YES.
FINAL WORDS:
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed Fenty Hair’s products. I forgot to mention that the Signiture scent is hard to resist too. I possibly will be on the look out with other products she drops. Now, let’s not get too ahead of ourselves because again I am not one that’s hyper fixated on trying celebrity haircare but Fenty Hair was worth it. Let me know if there are any other lines that you would like for me to try, I will be more than happy to.
